For any early arrival or late departure and for extending of stay is subject to availability and Management's assessment . All the bookings are non-transferable & all the houserules including the 'Dress Code' for Lobby, Orchids & Aura are strictly effective during the entire stay & binding on all the Guests without an Exception. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel
Registration/ Check in
Nationals require to submit a properly addressed valid Photo ID proof upon the Check in at Hotel & Mandatory for Everyone. Foreign Nationals –require to submit a Valid Passport with a valid Visa and a valid ILP (Inner Line Permit) upon check in at the Hotel. Incase the guest is not carrying any one of these, the Hotels registration assistant reserves the right to refuse to take the Check in or rooms.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of No Show or Cancellation within 72 hours prior to the Arrival would attract 1 Night Retention & within 24 hours prior to arrival date, it would be attract full retention charge. In case of Early Departure after the Check in is done, for both FIT 50% retention would be charged on the balance Nights booked.
